We offer menus that are fully customizable to your event’s needs, and you have the whole staff from Jack Rose Restaurant and Hot Tin Bar at your disposal. We will begin discussions by sharing our standard food and beverage packages; from there, you can pick, choose, and invent your way through your own menu.

Food options: The Jack Rose team is pretty incredible (they consistently win awards like USA Today’s Best Hotel Restaurant in the U.S.). Jack Rose’s Chef/Owner, Brian Landry, and Executive Chef, David Whitmore, are happy to offer their award winning food in the form of passed plates, full stations, or multi-course seated dinners. Your servers will provide the same polished-yet-exuberant service that Jack Rose has become famous for.

Drink options: Because our bar packages are designed by Alex Minton (a cocktail and wine wizard named to Wine Enthusiast’s 40 Under 40) and executed by Hot Tin Bar staff, our beverage capabilities are expansive! With our team on your side, you don’t have to be a craft cocktail expert or wine connoisseur to impress your guests.
